Sarah is an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (reg MBACP) and Clinical Supervisor, working to an Integrative, Relational approach to therapy.
Sarah can offer both short and long-term counselling for people experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression and complex mental health.
Sarah is undertaking a two year post graduate specialist training in Psychosexual and Relationship therapy with The Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology, (CICS). As a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist in Training, Sarah works within a Bio-Psycho-Social framework of Clinical Sexology, with a pluralistic approach to psychotherapy. This is offered through a sex positive lens, respectful of diverse sexuality and gender expression. Sarah is able to offer therapy to individuals with sexual function related health and wellbeing issues, as well as Intimate Partner Therapy.
