Emma offers counselling in a warm, non judgemental confidential space to anyone who may which to explore any feelings and issues that they are finding difficult and painful. She works in an integrative way which allows her to find the best approach and techniques to work collaboratively with her clients. Emma has gained experience working alongside clients with a range of mental health issues, including low self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, self harm, PTSD and eating disorders.

Emma is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and offers face to face, online and walk and talk therapy.
